Level 1 Field Technician – Entry-Level, Nationwide Travel
A hands-on introduction to pipeline integrity work. Learn all aspects of pigging, hydro testing, tracking, and equipment setup under the guidance of experienced team members. No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and readiness to travel.
Level 2 Field Technician – Experienced, Nationwide Travel
Step up from Level 1 with independent execution of pipeline services, from pigging and hydro testing to DGPS surveying, & tracking. Help mentor Level 1 techs, operate specialized equipment, and ensure safe, efficient field operations.
Junior Operator – Advanced Field Role, Nationwide Travel
Bridge the gap between technician and leadership. Operate flares and separators, lead small crews, mentor team members, and handle preliminary job coordination, all while gaining the skills to advance to Senior Operator.
Senior Operator – Expert Field Role, Nationwide Travel
Lead full crews through all phases of pipeline integrity projects. Coordinate jobs from start to finish, operate advanced equipment with expert precision, troubleshoot in the field, and serve as the primary contact for clients and management while on projects.
Shop Helper – On-Site, Schulenburg, TX
Support daily shop operations with equipment repairs, inventory, loading/unloading, and general facility & equipment upkeep. A great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work and keeping operations running smoothly.
Shop Manager – On-Site Leadership, Schulenburg, TX
Oversee all shop activities, from equipment readiness to inventory management. This working manager role combines leadership & management with hands-on involvement to keep our equipment and facilities in top condition.
